Duval Street is the center of the bar and nightlife scene in Key West it stretches from the Atlantic Ocean to the Gulf of Mexico. The major nightlife is located on the Gulf end of the road. Hard Rock Cafe, Fat Tuesdays, Sloppy Joe's (Hemingway's Favorite), Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville Cafe and Hog's Breath Saloon just to name a few. The only Starbucks in town is on Duval Street. There is also plenty of souvenir shops on Duval the entire street is only 4 miles and that may be pushing it.
| The Ocean end of Duval has a lot of old stately manisons. The telephone cable that once ran to Havana is here but you can't see the telco line unfortunately due to the high water level. |
